• When submitting your order, under "order note", please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies you have so that we know how to create that perfect “Sorpresa! Box” for you.
• We offer Pickup and Delivery. Please note that delivery is currently only available for the Province of British Columbia, Canada. If you wish to receive your box at a different location, please contact us at iccbc@iccbc.com. Our team is working hard to bring the authentic taste of Italy to other areas of Canada. 
• Pickup is available only at our downtown Vancouver office: 1209-409 Granville street, Vancouver, BC during office hours (M/F, 9am-5pm) You will be receiving a confirmation email once your order is ready for pick up. 
• Please note that all Christmas orders will have to be received by December 18th, 2022. Our offices will be closed December 19th - January 2nd.
